I have found that a great deal of suffering results from the loss of awareness, by the individual, of the many dimensions through which human existence may be experienced. This often results from an unhealthy immersion in just one, two or a few and this immersion usually results in suffering of one kind or another.
Whatever dimension of experience an individual is immersed – becomes an addiction and as such is accompanied by what may be called grief at its loss.
It does not seem logical that one may experience grief at the loss of something harmful to themselves, many aspects of their life and others – but this seems to be so.
It is of great value to an individual to bring awareness to the largest range of dimensions available to their individual human experience.
One or a few may be primary focus… though it is beneficial to expand further, as there are treasures hidden in those realms.
